Please read this before your appointment

Measures I have put in place.
I am only offering Reflexology and Nutritional Therapy for the moment.  Nutritional Therapy consultations are available remotely through zoom or skype.   Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Ear Candling will be on hold for the time being.

Hand Sanitiser will be provided at the entrance and a covered box for your shoes and coat.

The stairs hand rail will be disinfected in between each appointment as well any door handles in use  ie treatment room, toilet, front door.

My treatment area has been cleared of unnecessary objects and soft furnishings which I’ve been easily able to remove so the room is easy to clean.   Any soft furnishings I haven’t been able to remove ie the sofa will be covered with couch roll which will then be removed after each appointment.

A box will be provided in the treatment room for your bag, personal effects, socks or tights.

Pillows will be bagged when not in use and clean towels will be stored in a closed plastic box.  Used towels will be double bagged and removed from the treatment room as soon as possible.

Paper tissues will be provided in a sealed packet for your use if needed during your treatment.

The treatment room will be thoroughly cleaned after each appointment and ventilated for at least 30 minutes before the next client enters.  Fresh couch roll will be applied.

I will be using a different kind of reflexology recliner with no fabric covering which is easily wiped down after each client.

Clean pillow cases will be used for each appointment in line with normal practice but in addition couch roll will be used.

During treatments  I will have the window and door open for ventilation.

The toilet facilities will be thoroughly cleaned after each appointment.  Pump action soap will be provided as normal and paper towels will be provided for drying hands to be thrown in a covered pedal bin after use.

I will wear a clean mask throughout your treatment and we will distance at least 1 metre.

What I will need from you.
I will ring the day before your booked appointment and ask you to answer a few short health questions.

At the beginning of your appointment I will ask you to answer the same health questions once more. Please bear with me.

I would be grateful if you could please wear a mask, face covering or visor which ever you are comfortable with.   We need to be safe but I would like you to be comfortable during your treatment.

As you enter the house, I’ll ask you to put your coat and shoes in a box by the front door and you’ll need to apply hand sanitiser.

In my treatment room there will be a box for you to put a bag, personal items and your socks or tights.

I am encouraging those clients who like to have a blanket during their treatment to bring their own.

It maybe a good idea to bring your own receptacle of water.

If you are feeling unwell at all, even if you think it’s just a sniffly cold, please ring to postpone your treatment until you are better.   Thank you.
