About me
Before working in the health and well being sector, I was a full time primary school teacher. To manage the stress during this time I had regular complementary therapy which I found really helped me to stay well and sustain my energy levels through to the end of term.
I was intrigued to find out how it was helping me so much so I researched further which then led me to train as a reflexologist with the Sue Ricks School of Complementary Therapy in Loughborough setting me on a brand new postive path which changed my life.
After that I trained in Nutritional Therapy with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM)
I have been working professionally as a reflexologist since 2003 and I am registered with the Association of Reflexologists.
